I recently had a puncture in the driver-side rear tire, and luckily, I was close to home. I’ve worked on conventional cars before, so changing a tire is familiar to me, but working on a Mach-E is a completely different animal. After doing some research on the forums, I learned that I needed jack “pucks” (jack pads) to safely lift the car. I ordered these based on other reviews, and they worked exactly as intended. I used my 3-ton jack to lift the car from the front and placed the rear on a jack stand while waiting for my replacement tire to arrive. The car stayed on the jack stand over the weekend without any issues, and I was able to replace the tire once it came in. Afterward, I inspected the jack pad that was used with the jack stand and noticed a small amount of deformation, but nothing concerning. These jack pads will be going into a spare tire kit that I’m putting together for my Mach-E. Overall, they did the job safely and reliably, and I’m glad I had them on hand when I needed them.

Excellent kit

The package comes with a handy carrying case, 4 pucks, 2 “No Lift” warning labels, and an information sheet. The pucks come in two sizes to properly fit the front and rear lift point holes on the Mach-e. While they look very similar to the unaided eye, they are readily apparent when inserting them into the lift points as the stems are different sizes. The warning labels are designed to warn those unfamiliar with the Mach-e to help prevent them from jacking or lifting using the battery tray. The labels go on the vertical outside portion of the battery tray and are printed on a very heavy duty 3M tape product. Clean the area you’re placing them on, peel the tape and carefully place them. They’re about the same size as the tray surface you’re sticking them on. My guess is you’ll get two tries to get the placement right, the sticky side is that good. Try to get it right the first time. I have these in their handy carrying case, along with the information sheet, which contains a picture of the proper lift points, safely stowed in my Frunk for future use. They’re not designed for permanent installation. That’s not a drawback imo, they’re available when needed and out of the way the rest of the time. Another great Aosk product.

These pucks work great and I wouldn't trust jacking up my EV without them. Protects the battery rails perfectly and these are easy to install and remove. The travel case is a nice touch as well to keep them organized and together in the car.

Excellent set. Ck that o-ring grooves are all properly machined to the proper depth all the way around when you receive them use them in case you need to return them within Amazon's return window. Apply a little silicone spray to the o-rings just prior to use so they enter and exit the car's holes easier. These work excellently. My first set (see pics) had one o-ring groove that was very shallow for part its circumference. When the dealer used it, the o-ring popped out and tore. Amazon refunded me and I bought another set, this tome checking grooves depths and all were normal. The warning placards (last pic) are a super bonus to help prevent potential severe damage that can occur if lifted using the battery rail, an all too often occurrence. Note that Ford does not make these pucks, so dealers nearly never have them and the very large ones they may use may deform (usually temporarily) the rocker panel.

I needed to have my tires replaced and the shop said I needed these to use their lift they had on site. I asked them if I should order from Ford or try Amazon. The tech said the Amazon model would work fine. When I picked up my car he said they fit perfectly and were well made. These are great to have in your frunk just in case you need them.

Excellent product if you have a Mach E. These are the correct different sizes for front and rear holes. The case keeps them neat and fits under boot floor. I had to use these within days of delivery as had a puncture, so peace of mind car jacked correctly.

It fit perfectly, used every time I change tires.
