As a reference, the orbs are in a 12 inch bowl - I originally had an 8 inch bowl which did not work with these but am happy with the way it turned out. Yes, as others have mentioned, they have a few minor blemishes but I believe that most of these are to release the hot air when they are made so I don't mind - just face them to the bottom. I would buy them again.
