Got the job done!

The strands/ links are thin but the steel material works for what we need. You may need to layer for more durability. The thinness makes it very scratch resistant and non abrasive. It’s a decent size and amount for what I paid. I wouldn’t recommend regular scissors but it cut very easily with shears. We are using it with foam for rodent deterrence.

Working very good. Just an FYI when you cut it down it over the garbage can. The cut pieces will make a mess.
