Effective and achievable!!
Myself and other fellow MSers have been eagerly awaiting Dr Gretchen's book ever since she announced it was on the way. Finally! A book written by someone who KNOWS what we need, what we are going through and what we can cope with. Dr Gretchen's exercises are easy to follow and achievable - there is no pressure here whatsoever to hit a specific target, and there are modifications for varying levels of fitness and ability. The best part is, because these exercises are SPECIFICALLY for people with MS, we benefit SO much more from them than doing generic physio or fitness programmes. Brilliant!

Brilliant book for MS sufferers
Read this book over 2 days while recovering from a relapse. It explains MS so well & what small changes & exercises we can implement in our lives for a better future. More importantly the RIGHT exercises 💪for MS.It has changed my mindset & I now feel more positive for the future.Dr Gretchen also has a YouTube, podcast & Tiktoc following she is so easy to listen to.I just wish here in Scotland we could access her app but it seems to be US only, my only moan.Thank you so much 💖 xx

Thank goodness for Gretchen!
AM so pleased to finally have received my copy of this book, it is just brilliant! Its full of useful information and advice for all with MS. I particularly like having a book as it means my husband can easily pick it up, have a read and join me in helping to put all Gretchen's wonderful recommendations into practice. The information is clear and concise and brings hope to all of us suffering with this condition.

Amazing read
I have had Multiple sclerosis for 20 years now and have been to many physios in that time and nothing seemed to help my walking . Fatigue or infact anything concerning my MS symptoms. I felt so deflated that I shut myself away from the world for many years until I found MSlink on you tube and I started doing some of the exercises which began to help my walking. I still use a crutch but I believe one day may walking and balance will be so good I won't need a stick and now the book has come out I bought it straight away and now I have everything at hand. Excellent read as I have read it 3 times already.

A must have for those with MS
This book is so informative, I learnt more about flare triggers (who knew barometric pressure was a thing) and specific exercises to improve different symptoms. Not just that but the exercises were broken down for those with different fatigue/ability levels with laying down, sitting and standing versions.Whether newly diagnosed or further along the route this book is invaluable
