HITHINKMED Mouth Guard for Clenching Teeth (8 Piece Set)

I got these because they came with 2 different sizes. I have a narrow and smaller mouth so I always worry about things like this being too large in my mouth. This was my first time using a mouth guard. The process of molding the guard to your teeth was really simple. I just boiled some water in a kettle, dropped one in for 10 seconds and pulled it out with tongs. It stuck a bit to the tongs which is probably why it suggested a wooden spatula or chop sticks. I didn’t have any on hand so just used my tongs. It was easy to unstick it though and molded very well to my teeth. I tried both sizes and to my surprise, preferred the large size. I used it last night for the first time and it was very comfortable. I had a great sleep with it in and was easy to clean this morning. The case is a nice touch

These trays came in different sizes and included a plastic case as well. It's like using a mouth guard for sports. Put it in boiling water and mold it to your teeth. I was using my whitening trays but they were too thin to absorb the pressure of my clenching teeth. I needed something a lot thicker and these were perfect. I sleep very well with them!

Got though the customization process twice now. These do not work as well as going to a professional.I can feel the mouth guard pressing against my teeth so much. There is no way this product is actually safe to use without messing up the alignment of your teeth.The one I had made from an orthodontist did not feel like this, it was comfortable to use and fit well.

It feels like my mouth is full of mouth guard when I wear it. I'm not finding it that comfortable hence only 3 stars. This doesn't mean it won't work for you, nor is it a comment on the quality of the product.

I like that there are two sizes included. Instructions are straight forward. I used chopsticks to fish them out of the hot water and placed them on parchment paper before popping it into my mouth and molding. Despite the description cautioning not to use it with broken teeth, it works fine despite my partially broken molars. Actually, since using this mouth guard I no longer wake up with sore gums or headaches. (I grind my teeth at night due to my ADHD meds.)
