I purchased this product as a drinker for my chickens. No instructions were provided and it was put together following a link sent to a online video. Unfortunately it leaks, and I haven’t been able to rectify this. I am unsure if it is the product or an installer error, but as a result I would not recommend the product. However it is very sturdy and would hold a lot of water.

Better than the “fill and flip” drinkers as it holds more water and less likely to get tipped by the girls. Easy to clean and fill.I’ve placed on top of blocks rather than buying the feet

Bought this instead of my previous large type of which you had to fill the drinker upside down, add the base and flip over, normally resulting in large amount of spillage to indoor shavings and getting wet myself.This drinker although looking basic came with no assembly instructions and various inner pieces, and upon first assembly the drinker would simply keep filling the red base and empty itself straight away all over the floor. An email to the sender and they sent me assembly instructions, The innernipple to control the flow was the wrong way up. I corrected my error, but again the water continued to pour out whereas it should stop as there is a float inside between the red base and the white bucket to in theory control the flow.I contacted another supplier who said that they were "useless", he had ordered 20 and 16 permanently leaked.It turns out that unless the ground or base you put the drinker on it totally level the drinker will continue to syphon and empty itself, resulting in asopping floor and shavings and no water in the drinker so looks like I have wasted my money.Unfortunately I could not recommend this product as I have found it virtually impossible to get it to stop leaking even with a fairly level base 😕

It is of good quality. With the help of hairdryer it was easy to assemble. I like it thanks.

Not easy to find decent sized drinkers that you don't have to turn inside out every time to refill. Assemble carefully and correctly and this product works perfectly
