I kept seeing these so figured I would give it a try.First it does cool with 3 speeds. Have used it several times now. I find I like it more once I stop doing whatever it is to cool down. It doesn't really stay on well for me and what I have been doing. Though mowing and such it would probly do ok. I might give that a try on the next mowing. But bending over, side to side it jiggles around a lot. Id just set it to the side and once done put it on for a quick cool down.It says quite and while off it is fairly quite. but the wind blowing by the ears makes it loudish. Like driving a car with the windows down. I don't really mind that myself though for the way Ive been using it.It is pretty flexible and conforms ok. Not sure if there would be a way to make it more so or a way that it would sleep off if bending over a lot. That is really my only complaint.Battery seems pretty good. It ran a good 4 hours in total before charging it again. No idea yet on how long a full battery will last. Will update if it becomes a problem.

After reviewing several of these neck fans, I've become something of an expert in the field. Not of the physics involved, but in how well they do their job. The first thing I noticed out of the box is how flexible it is, allowing the unit to move back and forth. While some people may really like the option, especially those with thick necks, I prefer something a little more solid. The amount of flexibility in the neck piece makes it feel like it could fall off under the right circumstances. That said, the cooling system does a great job of moving air, which is what these devices are meant to do, after all. The air flow is one way, meaning you can point it down on your neck or up at your head, but you won't get air flow both ways. As single button controls the fan, varying in 3 speeds, on and off. The fan is USB charged and allows for quite a bit of use before needing a charge. Four out of five stars, simply because I felt that the neck piece needed more rigidity to it and the fan doesn't really stand out from other neck fans that I've tried.

This is a beautiful and powerful neck fan! The dark blue color goes well with most clothing and I like that the power button is lit when it is on. The fan provides a strong breeze at all levels. It does not fold up so it may not fit into a smaller bag or pocket like some other models. If that is not an issue, then I definitely recommend this particular model if you are in the market for a portable neck fan.
