60V Electric Motorcycle Battery 60 Volt 20AH Lithium Battery for Electric Scooter Large Capacity Electric Motorcycle Battery with Charger

I checked with a professional to ensure the battery I was purchasing was made for my scooter since it was over $400. I checked the manual and not only did everything line up and match, the picture on the Amazon display shows my scooter as well. I got the battery in a beat up box and when I charged the battery it didn't work. I contacted the seller and provided everything they asked me to provide to show I wasn't trying to scam them, I just wanted my refund for sending a defective battery and the seller proceeded to tell me that I purchased the wrong battery for my scooter. I attached a picture of the manual and the documentation inside of the manual to prove that this was the battery and the seller refused to help me and said I need to get professional help. Do not spend your money on this!!!

Me agrada porque llegó muchísimo antes de lo mencionado en la orden de envío, cumple con su función el único pero que le podría poner es que se descarga un poco rápido pero voy vengo de mi trabajo sin problema
