After two days use, I can say this watch is amazing. The appearance is very stylish, and plenty of faces and themes available online. Before buying, I had doubts because of negative comments above which they mentioned that the UI is not good. This is not true. I downloaded new watch faces and they were perfect. All functions work fine. Package arrived with two straps and two charging caples and manual.

Wrong product for water users. Its not working after using couple of times, when after falls on the watch. I was impressed with the video created for this watch, but in reality it will crash. I will never buy this brand again.

I was disappointed with this product, as I know that Promate is a good company, but unfortunately this product disappointed me and was below my expectations. First: The designs of the watch faces stored in this product are very stupid designs. What is worse is that the application for the watch in the Play Store includes designs for the watch face so that I can choose from them, but they are no less stupid in design than those stored in the watch!! What is this, Promate? Don't you have a professional designer!? Returning to your stupid designs that are saved in the watch, why did you not leave us the option to delete them? Are you so impressed by the designs of your genius designer!! Second: Regarding controlling the sound volume of the watch, why is there no way to control the sound in the settings? I will be returning this stupid product to the seller, and will never purchase any product under the Promate name ever.

The watch is as described in the description, comes with extra charging cable and pair of straps, battery life is very good and display is very sharp. Only drawback is less options for watch face in the promate app.

Watch has a lot of modes which is good but the light opens after 1 second of pressing the button. In other watches this time is like half milliseconds or even less.
