Bought this last year and only used a few times just now. It does work great as we have employees who never cleaned pots. Using the power cleaner then then brush. Perfect.Only issue I had the brush I received was not the same pictured

Excellent brush. I used for the first time and the curvature was perfect for getting into tight spots. Works well and rinses clean.

I was very surprised at how well this works. The brush is bendable, but stiff enough that it shouldn't lose shape while you're cleaning the inside rim. The problem I did have was the brush was rotating on the handle while I was scrubbing which was a little annoying. The brush should have been cast into the handle, but whatever. Used with the Urnex cleaner  Urnex Clearly Coffee Pot Cleaner - 14 Ounce - Liquid Cleaner For Glass Bowls Airpots Satellite Brewers and Thermal Servers Removes Coffee Oils  it's pretty effective.

Super flimsy construction, the brush is hard to get in and out of coffee pot tops - then the wire is loose inside the handle so instead of scrubbing the inside of the pot - it just turns with the pot. USELESS. Save yourself the time and energy and get something else.
