Spending many hours in front of a PC began to cause some wrist strain. I began using an ergonomic mouse which significantly improved the pain. However, I came across this mouse mat with gel pad and decided to add this to my home office with a view to further improving my dilemma.The mouse mat itself is robust and certainly made from quality material with a non-slip base. The gel pad in particular is nice and soft; there is plenty of space on the mouse mat surface for the mouse to move around freely.Unfortunately, I found my wrist pain worsened when using a vertical ergonomic mouse in conjunction with this mouse mat, largely due to the gel pad compressing the ulner nerve which runs down the side of the wrist towards the little finger. After thirty minutes of use I was in agony.I decided to try the mouse mat with a regular mouse and found it was fantastic in providing the much needed wrist support required when the hand is in this position. The gel pad is very comfortable when the wrist lays upon it and feels quite soothing as it is cool to the touch.If you are using a regular mouse, this is a great solution to minimise wrist pain.

I spend the majority of my days on a computer programming for about 8 hours a day and possibly some gaming in the evenings. In recent months, I noticed that I was getting a bit of RSI in my wrists and fingers and was advised to consider a wrist rest and so here we are!Even on the first use, I could notice the difference - the wrist rest takes a lot of the tension out and I no longer get an achey or clicky wrist.

Returned to the gel-type mouse mats after suffering a collapsed foam mouse not even 2 years old. Since gel does not "collapse" and previous ones met their demise from children tampering with them, I have returned to these type of mice and I am very content with this move. A good marque and so far so good. Highly recommended.

Great purchase!You can wash it when dirty or dusty.Can't to much wrong with such a product, but this one is well made. Happy with it.

I wanted to save money/ do my small bit for the environment, so I ordered a used mouse mat. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong version of the matt that looked like someone bought it and sent back their old one. However after fixing this problem, the mouse matt is excellent, I love the design and the palm rest. It's great for long hours at work and I bought one for home too! I want more colour options :)

I bought one of these to replace an identical one that I've had for years. It was used so much that the gel cushion surface wasn't standing up to the abuse. Decided to get another of the same design because I really appreciate the wrist support. The sticky bottom surface means that the mat stays put and the top surface is good for the mouse that I use. I would give it 5 stars had it been cheaper.

I want to love this mouse pad, it's so comfortable on the wrist. The only issue is that the textured surface on the pad itself causes my Logitech mouse to 'jump'. Thought the battery was going in the mouse at first but using my old fabric mat works fine.The gel part is really comfortable though, so for now I'm putting up with it.

It’s good value for money, much better than my old mouse Matt.
