Disappointed
I do not do much printing at all and today I get an error message that the black cartridge has failed. Disappointed that this cartridge pack is already no good. Not sure if I should purchase this again. The black cartridge also comes with a sticker that states "if you get a message its previously used or empty it it not" should have been my 1st warning.

Not a match
Only the black cartridge fit the printer. The color one does not fit. I would like a refund for the color cartridge.

Bought a new printer...no more wasting money on cartridges

Wont print
Installed cartridges and won't print, return policy requires you to print a label, Since I needed printer cartridges what makes you think I could print a label. Paid to have a label sent and still have not received it. Makes the easy free returns a joke'
