junk
no power cord included. no antenna included. so if you buy this junk you have to piece together the rest of what is needed to make it work. I would avoid this unit and this seller

New Item was actually old and out of warranty
The cell modem was old, had ancient firmware and even when all updated to newest firmware would not connect to the service provider, Verizon. Sierra Wireless says the item is out of warranty since 2020 even though I received the unit in December 2023.

Will not power up
This is the most ridiculous modem. I have 15 cradlepoint modems and they all work right out of the box. Decided to try this modem because it claims to use less power. Instantly regret it. No power cord included. Followed the one sentence wiring instruction with no success. After testing the system it appears the device is not reading the "initial power" wire. Why is such a simple device so difficult to power up?? Never again.
