I’ve had to buy a new one about once a year. I use it almost year round. It helps me sleep when my sciatica is acting up, which it usually does whenI lie down. I find it a million times better than a heating pad because it gives radiant heat. Highly recommend

Absolutely love this! It was referred by a youtube channel and it is amazing. Hint from the youtube channel: it will stay hot longer after the first couple/three uses...stayed hot for them up to eight hours in very cold weather! I highly recommend this product for sore muscles and joints! Enjoy!

I reordered because I liked the old ones and they were easy to heat. The ones I received are not the ones shown. In some ways the new ones are better, they get hot quicker for longer. However they have a design flaw. The cord and heating element is different then what is shown above. It is more slender and the plastic is softer. The old ones had a hard plastic type casing which was not affected by the heat. You can see it in the picture. However the new ones are not like that. Once the cord is inserted into the unit it gets warm as the unit is heating and that causes it to swell. This makes pulling the cord out of the heating pad difficult. It takes 2 hands and you have to be very careful. I can see where an older person or a young child could be easily burned. I don't allow my grandchildren to use them. I won't buy them again.

I love my hot water bottle so much that I gave this one away as a gift. She said she doesn’t get to use it as much as she wants because a family member finds it first

I just love this hot water bottle. It stays hot for HOURS. It is a bit hot right off the charger so be sure to use the cover included -or- you could make your own thick felt one. My daughter stole my old one so I had to get a new one.
