First one faulty
Opened the packet and fitted one in our lamp. Didn’t work so changed the fuse then went out and bought a new switch. Still didn’t work so tried another bulb which worked fine! So the first bulb was faulty not very impressed especially as it’s Philips.

A waste of money
The bulbs have lasted 5 months. What makes it worse is the ceiling light is used infrequently. A total waste of money. Update: I bought 2 packs of 5 Philips Bulbs. All 10 have now gone dead within 6 months. I suggest that you you look elsewhere.
