A money saver for sure.
I purchased this to see if I could use it with all purpose flour to make pizza dough instead of using bread flour, and it worked just fine. With a very small amount added to my pizza dough recipe. I got the same results I would normally get using bread flour.

Arrived promptly in quality container. I've used it a couple time in my sour dough bread -and yes - I can report loaf is rising like a store bakery. so the second time I upped the whole grain to 2/3 ratio - and yes - light airy texture and bubble breaking ion surface.. ..

good price for a good quality dough conditioner
If you make sourdough bread, a tablespooon or so of this in your loaf will improve its ability to rise.

Improves flavor of bread but use spairingly.
Bread dough. A little goes a long way. The dough gets stickier but the bread is much better when it is used.
