Cheaper than the high street
Far cheaper than my local WHSmith so will be buying from here from now on. You get two copies and a leaflet explaining how to fill it out however it is perfectly straight forward. The only issue is that its not a carbon copy so you have to write both sheets out but neither was the ones I used to use from WHSmith!

It's ok
Why the short change now? Only one tenancy agreement inside for the price! What does it cost for the second duplicate. No longer is there space for a guarantor.

This is a cheap product. In the past they supplied two copies , one for the landlord and one for the tenant , there is now only one copy per pack.
