I bought this to disassemble an old Minolta lens that had excessive dust causing a hazy image. It worked great. I was nervous of it slipping and scratching the polished glass, however all went well. The screws that hold the spanner secure never let loose if tightened thoroughly. Excellent product.

Especially for taking apart and cleaning older lenses.

This lens sucker looks and feels great in your hand, it just doesn't work very well. The suction force is weak and unable to remove stuck lens elements. I suggest skipping this one and finding a larger sucker that can pull a stronger vacuum.

I have a couple of lenses that need some internal cleaning. These two tools make getting the lens elements in and out simple. Also makes reassembly easier since you don't have to touch the lens surface.
