I am used to getting peels, but always at my dermatologist’s office, and it has gotten to a point where these in-office treatments are cost prohibitive, for only about six months worth of results. I started with another product that had only 10 percent glycolic acid, and I was able to use that every night. So I decided I was ready for something stronger.I had to be very careful about using this product. I used it only once a week for a month. It gave me a deeper stinging sensation than the previous 10 percent product. Now I’m up to using it every fifth day, so if I use it on Monday, my next application is Friday, and so on. I always make sure to use the timer on my phone so I don’t go beyond the two minute usage limit. After I rinse it off (as per instructions), I dry my face and put on my serums. Most times, my partly oily skin is just fine with the serums, but if my face feels dry after all this, I top with moisturizer.I got this product for my hyperpigmentation brought about by aging and hormonal imbalances after menopause. I can’t say that this product alone helped lighten my dark spots and patches because I use other actives strategically planned over the course of a week. However, I can say that this product delivers the exfoliation it promises without making my skin dry and flaky. I found it beneficial to start slow and follow the instructions on the package. I am appreciative of the reasonable price, when everything else like it costs twice more. I will buy again.

Works better than cream for me. Can feel it working.

I was cautious about this item because it could be a very bad product or it could be good but strong for my skin but I have been using it daily. The first 2 weeks day and night before putting my creams. After that only at night and I have notced that a very old brown mark I had on my check has been getting lighter and lighter. And the rest of the face has an even color now in the morning my skin looks much lighter.I am very satisfied and happy with the quaity of the product and will definitely but it again. All the products I have bought from this brand are very good and very very accesible in price.Top product.

Does the job. pads are thin and saturated,

I was excited to use this product after reading the reviews. It arrived on time. The contents of the container were great for the price. The pads were moist, thick enough to glide over my skin, and there was no sticky residue. However, as a sensitive skin girly, unfortunately it’s a no for me. Even after following the instructions, my face began to burn right away. As a result, I have very irritated skin all over my face. Totally bummed, but hey, you live and you learn.

Stings but no irritation. Bought this to treat my KP behind arm and legs. Glycolic acid itself is a great exfoliator for top layers of dead skin cells. Unsure it if was the vehicle (solution) of the molecule that did not work for me. Used for about a month. Recommended use is 2-3x a week. Did that. No significant change. Glycolic Acid Lotions and In Shower Cleansers work way better for my KP. Again, unsure if it’s the vehicle being a solution that didn’t work for me.

Definitely works it leaves a sticky feeling so that you remember to moisten your skin. My face has cleared in the last month of actually using the product.
