I purchased this to monitor the temperature of my greenhouse. With the small temp reading inside to know what the temp was while I was working in there. Some days are just too hot to be in there for too long. This helps keep me aware while inside.

I love this thing it’s very accurate tells me everything I need to know and I like to colored readings. It makes it easier to see. Yes I would buy another one. Is this one ever goes south.

Without the book it is really hard to remember how to set the time zone. Simple instructions on the back would really help.

I've had a La Crosse weather/time unit for years but recently the outside temperature/humidity sensor stopped working. I tried a factory reset and it didn't help. I was about to shell out $40 for a new transmitter when I found this. Not only did I get a new transmitter for$37 but I also got a pair of really nice monitors. And the transmitter works flawlessly to provide accurate data for all three devices.

Very easy to set up. Temperature is very accurate.

We bought this and had it about three years before the outdoor sensor failed. It’s $30 or so to replace it so I consider this a disposable product. The same thing happened to the unit we bought for my father in law. His also failed at about three years old.

There is one sensor unit for the outside and two readers for two inside locations. The big one reads in colorful numbers both outside and inside temperatures and humidities. It needs a wall outlet. The smaller does the same readings but is LCD and battery powered. Toggle switch for inside or outside. Really useful.

Be aware the color display must be plugged in. I thought I was getting 2 battery powered displays. The color display does take batteries but they must be for backup.The numbers are 1" tall on the color display, 3/4" tall on the grayscale display. Very readable.
