Didn’t Work For Me
Bought this to control algae in my bird fountain. Used according to the instructions.

Does bleach if fountain sits on stained concrete.
Seems to do as it is intended but FYI...It does bleach out the stained concrete.I set a fountain on the new stamped, stained concrete. The fountain splashes some.

It is okay, but I do not think it is doing a fantastic job, just so, so.

Useless!
This fountain cleaner is absolutely useless! My fountain does not hold even 5 gallons yet the capful instructions does not make a difference to the algae. I even doubled the quantity suggested but no change. Don’t waste your money.

Does the job
My fountain is in the sun , so water warms & algae grows easily. I add according to instructions, and it does a very good job. I still empty out my fountain and clean about once a month.

Helpful for backyard fountain
It appears that this product does exactly what we had hoped. Our only issue was that it arrived with a broken lid and a small portion had begun to leak into the box it was shipped in.
