My wife wanted these for our vacation in the great outdoors. I have a good pair of 20 x 50 field binoculars and she wanted something less bulky.The 3x magnification was not very effective for viewing wildlife, but then again I can't downgrade them for that because it is not the designed purpose. For theater and such things these will probably be great. They are light and compact. The image is sharp and they would probably be great for the designed purpose.

Today I brought this item with me to see ‘Wicked’. Before the show even started the glasses fell apart into multiple pieces that were impossible to reassemble. Huge waste of money. Big disappointment.

This item arrived disassembled and there were no instructions. It took awhile to figure out the correct steps to assemble the item in order for them to be functional. Once assembled however, they are very nice. The quality isn't great (one of the glass lenses was chipped upon arrival) but for the price it's decent.

Bought it to take to the theater, and it works well! Holds up, and has been helpful so far!

As excited as I was to receive the binoculars, I was disappointed with the handle. There is no way to tighten it at a certain angle. That's the biggest flaw for these glasses. Other than that I was pleased. Now a piece has fallen off and I have no idea how or where - so they're useless at this point.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter-in-law to take to see musicals, She was delighted. It is sturdy and pretty.
