Never thought it's gonna working like expensive AC unit, first time buy I this type of ac that we can plug in in regular outlet just like table fan or fridge, also it's working excellent so far , I hope it's working like this for years , for safety reasons I bought extra warranty for 4 years also, still this unit need professional installer, I paid $ 950 for professional installation, noise label is excellent, size is very compact, ones I put on wall quality looks much better, cooling is also great , I watch YouTube video for change change temperature from celsius to fahrenheit, overall so far I am very happy with my purchase, I will update review after few months, hopefully it's working great

This plug in unit was easy to install and functions as advertised to cool our space quietly with great air flow. The inside unit is not bulky and fits above a standard door. Quality is great and it was very easy to hook up to wifi. Took half a day to install, including the time we took watching how to videos. It's only been in a day but so far it is working as it should.

My husband installed this, easy installation. Vacuumed the lineset and it does not get cool at all. Unfortunately I cannot send back because it was ordered in Feb and he just got a chance to install. 600 paperweight

1200 BTU mini split kept us cool all summer, and is keeping us warm this winter. Installation was reasonably easy. I ran the pipes through a basement wall and installed up stairs on an interior wall. Mounting the blower on the wall was a little tricky with the piping running inside the wall, but doable. My only complaint is the exterior unit arrived with damage, mostly cosmetic. One foot got broken off during shipping and was gone. The packaging on the heavy exterior unit needs to be more hefty. Corners need reinforcing. The corner with the broken foot was sticking out of the package. I didn't feel like the damage was bad enough to go through the trouble of returning. I bought a vacuum pump to evacuate the lines and test for leaks. Search YouTube for videos on installing this unit, if you've never done one.

This is a very good mini split unit.I received it early feb but had to wait til end of feb to hook it up.My brother a hvac tech did the install.It ran good at first but started making a noise.my brother said it was the condenser fan. I called it in and they sent one out. replaced the fan and now everything is fine.Very good service and quick response.

So this unit runs off of a 120 wall outlet that the inside unit plugs into. So that will save you the trouble of hard wiring it like other units I looked at. Install took a full day and wasn't hard at all. The indoor and outdoor unit are both super quiet. Since ive installed it it has been very hot low 90s and humid and it's had no problem cooling around 800sq ft. I did get it setup on my Alexa and it works great. I decided against using the nylog sealer on the refrigerat lines and didnt have any leaks. I did buy a cheap vacuum pump to clean out the refrigerant lines before releasing the refrigerant. So far I love this unit time will tell with the longevity of it. I also choose to install it under my deck so it would be somewhat protected from the elements. Also it doesn't stay in Celsius if you hold the + and - on the remote for 5 seconds in switches everything to fahrenheit

First off I love that these units can just plug into a normal wall outlet. I was trying to avoid getting any major electrical work donevand these fit the bill.I bought 3 of these to help cool my upstairs bedrooms when my HVAC system can't keep up on hot days and so far they've been working great.Install was very simple. There's some YouTube videos out there that show and explain the entire setup. The part I was most worried about was ensuring I vacuumed all of the air from the lines but after buying all of the recommended equipment from Harbor Freight (I bought an air powered vacuum pump instead of the $99 one the videos recommend) and an R-410a adapter from Amazon, away I went getting everything ready to go.I've had my 3 units running off and on for about a month now as of writing this and I'd totally recommend them if you want a cheap unit that does what it says on the box.One complaint I do have is the indoor unit display is very bright if you forget to turn off the display before going to sleep but that's just a minor inconvenience.

There’s nothing to dislike I’m loving this when it’s 116f outside and 75 inside very quiet and the app is so nice to use. Very simple install just make sure you wrench down tight all of the fittings. Also think about furniture placement, it’s cold underneath the outlet
