Excellent Quality
I bought this for a 2017 Sprinter we are converting. We have bought lots of bits, as you can imagine, as we are converting the van ourselves. I was really surprised by the overall quality of both the instructions and the components. It is are that for such a well-priced item you get spares of everything. We were provided with spare lugs, in case we needed to cut the cables to length, spare heat shrink, spare fuses, it was really refreshing to see. It also works very well too!

So simple
This arrived via Royal Mail this morning. I am by no means a competent DIYer in fact the opposite. The instructions are so clear and precise I had this wired up in no time. Switched my van on and after about 10seconds the light came on and the voltage jumped on my leisure battery. If I can install this anyone can.

Solid bit of kit
Used it in my camper van. Easy to install. Detailed instructions provided that are easy to understand. A** to whoever wrote them. Cheers

Relay packed up
Bought this for our VW T4 23rd March..Worked great for our 1st roadtrip but then Relay packed up on 2nd trip.Contacted the company and told to carry out a series of tests.Did all of this and spoke to a local Auto Electrician who also said Relay was the problem.Contacted this company again today and told to send Relay back to them (at our expense) and they will check it out and IF they find it faulty will send another one! Hmmmm how long will that take?? Going away on Saturday and needed the Relay for then.As another buyer said the Relay was the problem when his split charging packed up. Wouldn't risk this company if you are wanting a reliable service.
