It was comfortable and provided just enough support to keep me comfortable
I received my sleeping scarf yesterday, just in time for a flight I was on earlier this morning. I used the sleeping scarf on my early morning flight and I slept well throughout the flight. It was comfortable and provided just enough support to keep me comfortable. No neck pains when I woke up.The support could probably be a bit harder but it was fine for me and I'm a 180-pound man. My only complaint so far is that the stitching on velcro doesn't seem that solid. I'll update my review later to comment on how it holds up over time.My first impression is good, though. Sharp packaging and very good quality for the price.

Excellent for Long Flights
Used this on the 14.5 hour flight from San Francisco to Sydney . I can't usually sleep on flights, but actually managed to get a few hours with this!

You won't have the ability to adjust the scarf like the way you would adjust a pillow
It is soft. And IT IS WARM! It does support my head and neck. For a cold flight or car ride, it is ok. You won't have the ability to adjust the scarf like the way you would adjust a pillow. It just stays there. So if you sleep steady, it may work for you. For me, I tend to move a lot when I nap or sleep so it didn't work out the way I wanted it. I also wanted to use something to buffer my head from a shaky window. A pillow can do that, this one won't.

Loved wearing this
Loved wearing this...Have several disks at back of neck that are painful. This has kept my head up and made almost weightless while sitting in airplane seats. Now wish there was something for restless legs....Only downside is ripping Velcro apart is noisy, scared my seat passenger when I removed it. Fabric is very soft and easy on face.

This was a gift. The recipient was thrilled with it. I bought it for her hoping it would help her neck while flying. Then she found an additional great usd for it. She has to use ice packs on her neck when sore and found this holds her ice pack in place!

Not enough support
About 1/3 of the support required and about 4" shorter than what's comfortable. We ended up propping an airplane pillow under it or wrapping the pillow inside of it.
