I rep nothing but growstar right now... Everytime they cone out with a new product I know its gonna be quality... So far in my grow the 600w is out performing my expectations. Im 26 days into my autoflowering grow right nown and everything is moving fast... My plants are short with tight nodes... If anyone has used leds know that's rare in veg with a led. Plenty of power and penetration.. Will update when they are into flowering which is only a week or two :) Growstar Baby!!!!(Update)Growstarhas done it again.. Im am so happy with this light.. The spectrum and power are perfect I kept the about 9 to 10 inches away and they gave me nice dense buds.. Perfect light for a grow tent.. I have a 4ft by 4ft tent I plan to intergrate all Growstar lights in.. I had a autoflower with a forearm sized cola... Real Review for a real good product... Thank you Grow star!!!

Uses:So I have always wanted to try using an LED light over my old florescent setup. Every year my wife and I grow a garden and one of the things I love the most is baby bell peppers. These require about 30-45 days indoors to get big and healthy enough for them to survive outside. Another is tomato plants that my wife loves. We usually use a larger florescent setup that ironically doesn't put out near as much light as this does. This thing is like turning on a sun in your house bright. So bright that when I turned it on the first time without even looking at the grow light itself made my eyes hurt for a second trying to adjust to it. There is also other differences such as this light actually has UV LEDs and inferred which plants need to be used to before going outdoors. The other really nice thing is it comes with hangers so I can simply attach it to the same hanger system I was using with my previous setup.Build Quality:The Grow light's body is solid metal with what appears to be a 120mm fan inside. It draws air from the back and pushes it over the board inside. Looking into the front of the light the LEDs appear very well soldered to the board and come with a thick piece of glass covering them to protect the front but let as much light through as possible. On the back it appears to have a all in one type plug that accepts literally any type of plug you could imagine to allow you to daisy chain them. It has a sticker indicating that it can only handle 1,000 watts so you could theoretically daisy chain 5 of these lights together which is quiet nifty. I don't know if this is a limitation of the cable or the internal plug or both but I'm guessing I wouldn't push it. Speaking of the switch when turning it on it makes a strong heavy "click". Know it probably doesn't mean much but I always like electronics to have a quality feel.Grow Quality:So far I just have little sprouts so nothing to write home about but they do appear to have come up a earlier. One thing I will point out is that this light uses give or take 200 watts at the wall taken with a kill-a-watt meter. The light intensity is so much more powerful than my 432 watt lighting system I was using. I assume its due to the bulbs slowly getting older where as this LED will glow bright as day for years.Summery:I will try to upload some pictures of how they turn out when they get bigger but so far I really like the light. I like that it has some UV and IR in the lamp to give the plants more of a feel of the sun when I move them outdoors. I also like that it consumes over half of what I was using watt wise. I am honestly debating if I should expand how many sprouts I make and expand the garden a bit. Anyways A+ for price and quality from me.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered Growstar LED Grow Light and got it in two days! Very well packed no damage in shipment. So easy to assemble, just clip on the struts, attach adjustable ratchet harness to easily raise and lower. No tools or other hanging devices are necessary. When the power cord is supported in the correct manner the unit will hang perfectly level thereby maintaining the maximum coverage with minimum height. The coverage area for this LED is awesome for a 5' X 5' growing area. Fans are ultra quiet, did not have to raise my voice on the video with them running. This unit is not what I needed, as I'm growing on shelving and this is meant to suspend over a wider area. However, I can appreciate it, I value it, and I'm not sending it back. It's simple (off/on switch), it's very bright, and if you're suspending it over an area of plants, I think you'll be pleased. It comes with mounting harness: 4 little hooks latching onto the four corners of the lamp, meeting up via wires to a common hook, and an additional rope for above that can be height-adjusted. Nice design. I cannot guess its longevity but guess it would be excellent.

What makes this such a valuable product is not the LED technology that you can find anywhere, But the quality of the company that stands behind the product! The technology is highly durable. And I use 4 2000 watt lights to cover a 10×10!!!! That's right. I did not stutter 4 lights covers 100 square feet!!!! If used correctly.But most importantly when the SHTF with one of my lights they did not only stand by their warranty, They Empowered me!! They taught me how to service my own investment. Using my tools!! They were very patient and highly accommodating. As soon as we was able to figure out what was wrong. They sent me out everything I needed. To repair it myself!!! At NO extra cost. Don't worry... It's not hard. We are talking about using 1 Phillips screwdriver on 8 screws and a couple of wires to Simply unplug... I Promise you if I can fix it you can too!!They stand behind their three year warranty. And to be honest with you I'm pretty sure as long as you're a decent person they will help you long past that deadline as well.So if you're looking for a cheap pair of lights, I'm pretty sure you can find cheaper somewhere else. BUT If you're looking for a company That's going to stand by you and help you grow (lol No pun intended). Then look no further!!GROWSTAR GOT YOUR BACK!!!!
