A quality curcumin supplement
Having taken CurcumaPro Turmeric Tablets, I must say they come across as a well-formulated supplement. With high-strength curcumin and the inclusion of black pepper for enhanced absorption, these tablets seem well-suited for those seeking anti-inflammatory and joint benefits. They're vegan, gluten-free, and notably easy to swallow, which is a definite plus. While the packaging offers minimal information, the product's Amazon page does a decent job of providing detailed explanations about its benefits, ranging from immune support to digestive aid. It's a 60-day supply, so the convenience factor is high. However, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional before incorporating any new supplement into your regimen. Overall, a quality product, albeit a bit pricey.

Pretty yellow spicy looking tablets that go down easily
I have no clue if these have any of the properties alluded to in their blurb, I just know that recently, for the first time, I started waking up with stiff finger joints, and I don't like it so I googled it and it said, and I quote; "Blah blah blahdeblah Turmeric blah joint health bleh blih blah". So I checked and these were up for review so I said "Yes please".The only thing I can attest to at this point, is that they look like they probably have a bunch of turmeric and stuff, and that despite their frightening size, go down ezpz with a sip of water. Seems a little expensive to be honest, but then I haven't exactly researched it either.Brilliant then, I'll be back in two months to let you know if my fingers stop being weird.

Great
“I’ve been taking CurcumaPro Turmeric Tablets for a while now, and I’m quite satisfied with the results. The high strength curcumin supplement, combined with black pepper for better absorption, seems to have helped with managing inflammation and providing some joint support. I appreciate that it’s vegan, gluten-free, and made in the US. The 60-day supply is convenient, and I’ve noticed a positive impact on my overall well-being. However, as with any supplement, it’s crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before adding it to your routine.”Remember that individual experiences may vary, so it’s important to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

High strength tablets
These tablets offer a combination of turmeric, highly concentrated Curcumin extract and piperine (derived from black pepper, to aid absorption) – the standard components of quality, high-strength supplements. These include additionally something called “microactive curcumin” – I have never encountered this before and don’t have any information about it. The tablets are quite large and are, indeed, tablets (compressed ingredients without any coating) and not capsules. They are easy to swallow with water if you are comfortable taking larger tablets; they don’t slip down as easily as small capsules. It's difficult to comment on whether the claims of strength or composition are accurate – that would need a laboratory set up. But I have taken turmeric for many years to help with my arthritis and I am finding these tablets to be at least as effective as others I have taken. Be aware that they are quite high-strength so they may not be the right choice if you are trying turmeric supplements for the first time, and starting out with a low dose. If you are looking for a higher dose and know that you can safely take concentrated curcumin, these are a good choice.

Easy to take Turmeric supplement
Having read a number of articles about the possible health benefits of turmeric, especially with inflammatory conditions such as joint pain like arthritis, I thought I'd try these. They are easy to take, don't leave any nasty after-taste, and apparently are a high strength option.Cost effective when compared to supermarket and high street brands, this is likely to be one I re-purchase.

Big tablets
The advisory is to take 1 a day for these Turmeric and black pepper tablets as my memory is not as sharp as it used to be. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. I've read the size of these tablets are quite big for me so I break in half. No scent or taste which is just great for me. Has my memory improved? Nope not yet I will wait to the effects over time.

Well above average 25mg Curcumin, formulation.
Three golden rules to consider before buying any Turmeric suppliment............1. Avoid any brand that only quotes the overall Turmeric quantity, no matter how big the number! This is meaningless and mileading as Curcumin is the only active ingredient here.2. Look for those brands where the Curcumin is derived from Turmeric "Extract" and avoid supplements with less than 200mg of the extract (200mg of turmeric extract is equivalent to 10,000mg of organic turmeric!).3. Look for the addition of black pepper extract to ensure proper absorption in the bloodstream. In respect of the above, the CurcumaPro ticks a lot of boxes. The tablets are easy to take and the packaging plain and simple. In terms of efficacy - the Pro offers 25mg of Curcumin (the only relevant ingredient) which whilst this doesn't sound a lot, at least they quote the quantity (one star for that alone) and 25mg is not bad at all, especially for one tablet.4.5 stars then for straight forward, no confusing (or misleading) and honest ingredient lablelling and a very competitive price for a 60 day course. Recommended!
