I definitely recommend using this filter. I compared my videos from the dashcam with and without the filter installed and it definitely makes a difference. The filter can be turned to get the optimal clarity. The manufacturer recommends placing a white piece of paper on the dashboard, then turn the filter until the reflection can no longer be seen in the windshield. That trick worked great and the results make me happy I purchased the filter

Works as described. I guess I expected a noticeable difference having it on, but to be honest, I really don't. It's fine, I just left it on. Well made and fits perfectly.

This lens really does a nice job of removing glare and provides better clarity.

This is a nice quality polarizer and it fits my new Rove R2 Dual perfectly. Comes with cleaning cloth and clear instructions if someone doesn't understand how this works.I was tempted to not give this 5-stars because it feels a little expensive for what it is. For this price you can get a circular polarizer for high end cameras from well known brands. Maybe they could have included an option in the camera software to adjust the camera processing for with use a polarizer especially during night time.

I bought my wife a Rove for Christmas and the more I drover her car, the more I thought I should get one. She never thought the filter would make a difference. One day some idiot cut across the freeway gore point, nearly colliding with me and running me onto the shoulder, and that was it, I came home and bought a Rove! The add on filter cuts out reflected glare.

Does what it is supposed to. Great quality, as you would expect from Rove.
