Super convenient pan
Works great and is very convenient for making tamagoyaki. It seems to heat evenly. I hand wash it just in case and it has been easy, especially because nothing really sticks to this pan when I'm done cooking with it. The spatula it comes with makes it even better and is a perfect fit for the pan. A super convenient pan, if it holds up well over time it will be perfect.

makes perfect tamagoyaki
I love this tamagoyaki pan! It’s super cute and makes perfect Japanese omelets. The nonstick coating works well, and it’s easy to clean. The only downside is that it scratches pretty easily, so you have to be careful with utensils. Overall, still a great pan!

The spatula alone was worth this purchase
We have own this product since January 2024 so this review is in regards to owning the product for roughly 9 months.Unfortunately I have not used the pan itself a whole lot as I usually bought it to make cabbage egg "patties" for sandwiches (which I definitely recommend doing with this pan if you want to add a bit of cabbage to your sandwiches without it falling apart everywhere). The last time I used it was probably a month ago and it is definitely still nonstick. I would still use a bit of oil whenever adding new eggs to the pan, but surprisingly I do not need to use much oil (one thin round of drizzle) when cooking straight eggs on here as long as the temperature is right. As for the spatula, my family use it almost on a daily basis and this thing has not worn down for us. Very easy to get foods off of the pan that is prone to sticking especially on our hexclad pans. It is almost like another fish spatula, flat though not quite as thin or nimble.Regardless, overall, pan is still working as intended with its nonstick properties still in good condition, and the spatula was the highlight of this product.

Great Japanese egg pan.
If you want to prepare eggs in Japanese style, this is a great addition to your Asian inspired kitchen. The pan is easy to clean and the perfect size for eggs. My wife found some egg recipes on line that she had wanted to try. This was the perfect fit.
