These taste great, and have everything I need to properly rehydrate. Sodium, potassium, magnesium, and a slew of other vitamins. One stick with two bottles of water seems to do a really good job for my energy. The sticks easily tear off, and make pouring easy.

The flavor is on point, and I appreciate that this mix doesn’t have artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose, or erithrytol as these generally trigger migraines for me. The monkfruit extract used gives the drink a nice sweetness. The only thing I find lacking is tartness. It’s missing that “bite” that I expect from other blue raspberry flavored items. Flavor is still great!

I’m an avid hunter and frequent gym-goer, so I’ve used most of the major brands but Jocko Hydrate is head and shoulders above the rest here. I got turned onto Jocko Hydrate after stumbling around in a CVS while woefully sick and out of groceries or medicine. It was a great electrolyte boost in my very weak state and tastes fantastic. One of the neater aspects is that it tastes the same whether you purchase it bottled or in a powder mix. For whatever reason, that’s not the case with a lot of other companies. I’m not one to usually blame “chemicals,” but I’m betting the pretty basic ingredients of dried monk fruit don’t require preservatives that other drink mixes do that alter the taste. It’s really nice to get the same taste whether you buy it bottled or in a mix.

They delivered it and quickly. When I opened the bag the pouches come it I think one had slit open or something as everything was covered in powder. I followed directions for mixing and I don’t think it tastes anything like blue raspberry things usually do and I don’t think it taste good at all but maybe someone else might like them. Just my 2 cents.

Great product. My son is stationed over sea's and loves this stuff. High health benefits for him. Sadly they do not offer this product on base where he is at, so ordering it through Amazon made it quick and easy. Love the flavor and mixes easily in a water bottle....

Easy to drink and has way less sugar than a liquid IV or similar options. Has a sweet blueberry taste almost like a blue ICEE.
