It worked when it came in and translated the basic Spanish needed. Day two I turned it on, Chinese showed up, backscreen stayed lit and no buttons would work to turn it on or off

Very good on this price.Pass in some tests, do no see failures translating from English and to English.Didi not test other language yet.

Item works ok for what I needed but the charger cable broke and I can't get in contact with anyone to replace it.

This seemed like exactly what I needed for work. I work in a very busy restaurant and have some challenges communicating with the cooks from time to time. I thought this would be the perfect solution. Unfortunately the translator goes to sleep after a few minutes and when I needed it, it had to completely reboot every time I hit the wake button. This takes way too long when your in the middle of a very busy service, which was time I could not afford. Unfortunately I had to return it. If this feature could be corrected I would probably buy it again.

I paid a lot of money for this non working device it’s only showing Chinese language and will not function this is a rip off I want my money back buyer beware
