Even tried to mail them but the company did not reply. The don't pick up phone no email response then how the product can be repaired which is within warranty period. Disgusting customer servie. Working well so far. I have used it to keep food warm for 6-8 hours. It’s best not to use food directly on the containers as it gets too hot and might burn if kept on for long as there’s no temperature control. Best to pour some water on the containers and then put a covered steel container with food to keep warm for long without drying or burning the food. The slow steam keeps food warm and moist ready to eat even after many hours.

I have used the product for 2 days and it is having a burning smell and a spark in it. So I want a replacement for this product. It's literally a waste of money
