I’ve never taken anything for my hormones but just 4 days of taking this gummy, my menstrual came. Due to pregnancy complications, my tubes were removed for about 5 years now. Unsure how long it takes for this product to work. The bottle recommendation is 2 a day. I Will update this review if I notice a difference in my PMS symptoms.The taste isn't great ... At first it kinda tastes like plastic and then almost like a fig.

Good taste and works

This made my period start immediately right after taking them. I took them for a week and saw results so fast! I will definitely continue. It gives me hope of my period becoming less irregular.

I got my daughter and myself taking these. They help us in different ways but we both love them. She’s 16 & I’m 40. They help with her cycle pains and me being without the normal organs due to having them removed after years of issues after having kids. Highly recommended.

Gummy’s were extremely hard and did not taste too sweet will not order again.
