Bought this becuase my wife figured it would be cheaper to have our own infrared sauna, then purchase packages from spas to go to their sauna. Assembly was easy, but I did need someone to hold one of the walls up for a moment. The woods and glass is nice (and I know glass can withstand a hit, becuase while assembling, the door swung open and hit my head).I wasn't sure I would use it, but I am. As some reviews have mentioned, it is tight for larger people. I am 6', and while I can manage getting in, it can be a challenge, but once I am through the door and sitting, there is plenty of room.In terms of heat, it does warm up quickly. I can get it to 125F in about 7 mintues, but this is in the Tampa heat, so it starts at 95. I have not noticed it turning off after certain time, but it might. I will see about the heating in winter when it is a little cooler.

Two months in and not a criticism in sight! What an easy set up for this beautifully built and excellently priced structure. Just like almost everyone has reported, it arrived rapidly and well packaged... and Outexer CS is right on the ball. They are prompt with requested information and very cordial.My bedroom has just the right-sized nook and it fits perfectly. The features are solid: great speakers with instant blue tooth connectivity; good reading light; fast heat-up time and so far my 5 days a week for 40 minutes each hasn't jacked up the electricity bill noticeably. It's fantastic that it just plugs into a regular wall socket.Outexer infared saunas are comfortable but need a backrest for maximum comfort and relaxation, and OUTEXER has a well made wooden backrest which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you've bought the sauna already, get in touch with Customer Service! If you are ordering it, ask them to tell you how to add one when you buy your sauna.... which should be now... since it's November and getting cold. This is the perfect House Holiday gift! You can't go wrong with Outexer. ENJOY!!!

I even connected it to my TV which I view through the front window to get sports and news audio into the sauna (smart design).What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. My mini sauna arrived 2 days ahead of schedule in 2 boxes by fed x … each box was brought down my driveway by one guy with a hand truck. I asked him to leave them on my sidewalk…I unboxed outside and took each panel into the house. They were delivered at 1:00 pm, by 2:30, I was sitting in my new sauna at 140 F. Super easy to put together and it gets hot really fast…20 minutes. This carbon fiber sauna is so much better than a ceramic heater sauna I had 10 years ago. I’m 5’3 and fit in it nice and cozy! Husband is 5’11…he can get in, but not much room to move. It’s only 800 watts, and because it’s so small, it heats up really fast and doesn’t use as much electricity as compared to much higher wattage saunas. I was totally drenched after 20 minutes, I sit on towel and feet on small towel. One great unique feature of this sauna is the carbon heater that is in front of you ….. so all of you gets exposed without any need to turn or shift. I added one near infrared red light (chicken light) to get more infrared spectrum…I had a flat extension cord that fit under the glass door, so I didn’t have to drill any holes, and clamped the chicken light to little ledge by the door. Love this sauna, efficient in all ways, seems well built, and amazing cost value.

This sauna is so great for the price. As others have said; it is compact. If you’re above 6’0 you may feel claustrophobic. Our door arrived damaged from the carrier and the seller had another one sent out to us within 24 hours. It was so easy to set up (20 minutes max) and took 10-15 minutes to get up to temp. The speakers work great and Bluetooth connection was easy.
