Perfect for attaching to tricep rope, good and strong

Far too small for multi-gym use as described. They also don't look very strong so a complete waste of money.

Used these to hold up our patio heater, via chains over the pergola. Easy to use, quick delivery, and during the summer/autumn we enjoyed long evenings outdoors.
