more breathable,the cooling affect lasts for 15-20 min tops but the ear inside not going too sweaty. very easy installation. have them more that year, no complaints. by the way the sound remaining good as before,seals the ear very well and the pads pretty soft and comfy overall excellent quality and durability.

These are a great alternative to the original ear cups, and are really comfortable. They also block sound a lot more than the original ear cups, which can be a con or pro depending on the person. Depth: The depth of the earcups make these really comfortable. They feel really nice and my ears don't touch the headphone at all compared to the original ones. Comfort: They do feel a tad bit nicer than the original earcup, but it all depends on the person. I personally love them and had them for a few months now. It's a nice aesthetic addition to the headphones too! Quality: For the price, the quality is expected to be great, and I agree that it's great. No complaints here. Weight: I personally don't feel a difference with these on or off, but they do seem to help with headphone fatigue. Ending remarks: I like these a lot, but I don't know if the switch is for you. I definitely feel like the highs with these earcups to be less noticeable. But I really like the depth these earcups bring.

These are definitely a must-have for the Audeze Maxwell headphones. Not only are they significantly cooler than the stock ear cups, but with all of the color options available you can definitely stylize to match your setup or individual Style. (I just wish there were more color options) Just make sure you scan the QR code for the video on how to install these so you don't damage the original cups or these replacements. After watching the video, it is definitely super easy to install these. The quality on these ear cups is phenomenal the material is soft and breathable, and they definitely are a premium upgrade worth getting. One of the recommendations on the video suggests you you may need to adjust the strap due to the increased clamping pressure because these are little wider then the default cups, so just keep that in mind. I didn't notice any difference at all.

These pads are a game changer for the maxwells. The stock pads that come with the maxwells are decent but these take comfort to a whole other level. They are thicker softer and most importantly cooler. Now I don’t have to high of an expectation for the coolness these provide as they still do get warm after hours of use. With that said though they are the coolest pads I have tried and do a great job at keeping your ears cool. These also improve sound quality which is weird and awesome. The reason for this is it places the drivers slightly further from your ears so the sound waves have more room. This gives a wider sound stage and allows you to hear the mids clearer. The build quality is also fantastic you can tell they put a lot of work into designing these. They use the same exact mechanism for installation which makes it really easy to install. All the stitching and materials are high quality and I assume these will last a while. Overall these pads are incredible for the maxwells and a no brainer for the price. Thanks for reading!

These took my Audeze Maxwells from “baking my ears” to hours of comfort. Absolutely mandatory for any owner of that headset. Super comfortable, easy to install, have not affected the sound quality of the headset.

Been using these for two weeks now. I get itchy inner ears from the airtight sweatiness of the originals. So far I haven't had the same issue with these using them couple of hours at a time. The fabric is nicer on the skin and cooling gel works for a while. I'm happy with these.

These were super easy to install on my headset. I'm surprised how well the "Cooling Gel" works - you can feel it noticeably when you put the headset on. I've found they stay feeling "cool" for 10 or so minutes, then sort of reach equilibrium with your body temp. I've also found they are very comfortable to use for long duration and haven't had any issue with sweatiness since I started using them.

On ne va pas se mentir, d'origine, le son du casque est incroyable (je pèse mes mots 😱) et le confort plutôt bon. Ces coussinets apporte le petit plus qui permet d'améliorer encore l'ensemble. Pour ce qui est du confort, j'ai assez de place pour que mes saintes oreilles soient confortablement installées pour des sessions assez longues. Le gel évite indéniablement la chauffe des coussinets PU stock. Au niveau son, je ne suis ni audiophile, ni mélomane mais je peux certifier, pour ma part, qu'il n'y a aucune différence. De toute façon, même si il y en avait une, le casque est tellement incroyable et immersif que ça ne doit pas être flagrant (mon test du casque sur Amazon). J'ai constaté tout de même que les coussins sont plus épais et cela modifie donc le réglage pour l'arceau du casque. Avec l'arceau de remplacement, le réglage est corrigé. Au niveau qualité, c'est pas du tout "cheap" et on est sur un produit qualitatif. En même temps, vu le prix, j'en attendais pas moins 🤔! Le casque coûte déjà 450 euros en version ultraviolet, avec cet ensemble, c'est 500 la petite blague, au final😥! Si vous êtes pointilleux et voulez améliorer le look du casque, vous ne serez pas déçu. Si vous vous êtes saigné pour acheter ce casque, arrêtez les frais, d'origine c'est déjà monstrueux et confortable...pour mes oreilles en tout cas ! Cependant, si vous hésitez, n'hésitez plus !

Ich habe die WC Freeze Maxwell Cooling Gel Ersatz-Ohrpolster als Upgrade für mein Audeze Maxwell Headset ausprobiert und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Installation war okay und die Passform ist exakt auf das Maxwell abgestimmt – alles sitzt fest und verrutscht nicht. Was wirklich überzeugt, ist der Tragekomfort: Durch das Cooling Gel bleiben die Ohren auch bei längeren Sessions angenehm kühl. Gerade im Sommer oder bei längeren Gaming-Abenden merkt man deutlich den Unterschied zu den Standard-Polstern, die oft schnell warm werden. Die Polster sind angenehm weich, drücken nicht und sorgen für einen guten Abschluss am Ohr, was auch die Geräuschisolierung verbessert. Klanglich bleibt alles wie gewohnt – die Polster verändern weder den Sound noch den Bass spürbar, was mir wichtig war. Die Verarbeitung macht ebenfalls einen hochwertigen Eindruck, keine scharfen Kanten oder unangenehme Gerüche nach dem Auspacken. Fazit: Wer sein Audeze Maxwell komfortabler machen möchte, bekommt mit diesen Ersatz-Ohrpolstern ein sinnvolles Upgrade. Gerade für Vielnutzer und alle, denen schnell warm unter den Ohren wird, eine klare Empfehlung!
