Fits 2008 Chevy Silverado and works great
The product fit my vehicle and replaced a bad switch that stopped working. So far, this has met all my expectations.

Excellent fit and finish, functions as it should.

Not a perfect fit
It was not a perfect fit. It took me a while to figure out why the new switch wouldn't just snap in place like the factory one. After analyzing it for a bit, I realized the small protrusions on the front and back that are being pointed at in the photos are longer on this item than those on the factory item that was removed. I ended up having to file them down. The one on the front more so than the one on the back. But once I filed them down it snapped right in to place. Once installed, it looks and functions as it should. However, the illumination from the buttons is brighter on the new one than on the factory one but that doesn't bother me. Bottom line, this one was $13.99 and the factory one is $78.25 so a little extra work on my part is still worth the savings to me. My vehicle is a 2010 GMC Sierra 2500 HD.

Only Work for 30 days!!
Only worked for the time I could do the exchanged as if was somehow timed lol, as soon as the 30 day return policy expired, it stopped working🤣. Also fitment was not very well, buttons couldnt be pressed correctly once installed

It did not fit into a 2011 silverado 1500 lt.
I bought this for my husbands 2011 silverado 1500 lt. It is not a good fit. There's a small plastic pin that goes into the original part. It's too long to fit in this part. You either need to cut it down or splurge for the oem part.
