The 5 star is for customer service. The battery malfunctioned about 7 months after purchase. My home security alarm panel was showing low battery warnings. I reached out to the seller and confirmed that it was still under warranty. The seller promptly responded and sent out a replacement battery. Very impressed with the seller!

This battery works great! I purchased a little red sports car at a Goodwill for $12.50. The price of the car was so inexpensive bc the car would not run without a battery. Installed this battery and it has provided so much fun for these special littles, not to mention the adults who join in on the fun. Once these littles outgrow the use of this car, I can sell it for a profit. Win Win! ♥️♥️ Besides this tiny sports car looks adorable parked in my garage!

Battery arrived not fully charged at 12.6 V. After charging it seemed to keep 13V.

I purchased this battery to replace one I had that quit working. This item arrived exactly as described in the description. It has worked in a ride-on Jeep since my purchase and has given hours of entertainment for my child. I would purchase again.

I'm a little irritated and I'm not sure if I'm looking at Amazon or this vendor or some other entity, but I had a dead UPS, so I unplugged it, removed the SLA battery, spotted the very long string of letters and numbers on the side, and typed them in to an Amazon search field. This was the first battery that popped up in the search results and everything looked similar to the one I was holding in my hand, so I ordered it. Got it quickly (thanks, Amazon!), unboxed it this morning, went to install it and... too big. More precisely, it's too wide. Length is fine and depth is fine, but the width makes it so that the cover on the back of the UPS won't slide on. Dandy. However, I noticed that there was kind of a tic-tac-toe board in the compartment, upon which the thinner original battery rested, kind of like a little plastic pedestal to elevate the battery about a half-inch which, conveniently, was about how too-big the new battery was! So I grabbed a pair of pliers and snapped off every piece of the tic-tac-toe grid so that the bottom of the compartment was now (relatively) level. I then gently lowered the new battery into the compartment and... it fit perfectly! (Well, almost. I had a little trouble getting the connectors to stay on the spades of the new battery; I assume that there was a small size difference there, too.) Anyway, since both batteries are 12v, just a slightly larger capacity with the new one, I figured that it's no big deal to use the new one in this application, so I plugged in the UPS, plugged in the device I want to keep energized even when the power is out, tested, and it worked just fine. I'll let the battery charge in the UPS for a day or so, unplug the UPS, and test the device again, but I'm pretty confident that it will work just fine. tl;dr: I assumed that Amazon search results honored the specific model I was looking for and I was wrong, but i was able to rescue things with some pliers. :)

Funcionó muy bien y es de las más económicas. Se lo coloqué a un No Break de marca reconocida. Y hasta ahora si ha aguantado los bajones de luz. Desconozco cuanto tiempo aguanta puesto que no lo he usado al limite. Tengo conectado varias cosas pequeñas como PC, modem, telefono, bocinas, etc...

Arrivée comme prévu et elle fonctionne bien dans mon système d'alarme.

Yo tenía mis dudas dado su bajo precio, pero la verdad, le daré la oportunidad a esta marca, de entrada funcionaron muy bien, mi no-break volvió a funcionar como nuevo desde que las instalé, y sólo espero que sí duren más de un año, pero si no duran más, al menos son mucho más económicas que las que compraba de 9Ah y costaban casi 1,000 pesos cada una. Agregado en Mayo 2024: Sin duda me salieron buenas, mis no-break funcionan a la perfección, estas baterías hacen su trabajo y no decepcionan. Estoy por comprar otras 4 para "revivir" otros dos no-break que tenía arrumbados, pero ahora con tantos apagones se han vuelto indispensables. Si las recomiendo.

I've got WAY more life out of a similar battery in the past. 20 months just seems far too short. It leads a very easy life in an APC UPS that only goes onto backup for very short spells. Never gets run all the way down. UPS alarm tripped for 'replace battery' a few days ago. Tested the battery after manually charging, and sure enough - has almost no capacity. Out of warranty now... of course.
