Very tasty, smells just like cotton candy, for the price you get a great amount of product, the quality is there and the ingredients seem clean! I used this to make candy grapes and they were amazing!

This extract was terrible! As you see in the photo, that is how I received it! I tried to get an exchange for a new bottle. Nope! I wasn't able to. It doesn't email like cotton candy or even taste like cotton candy. I needed this for a macaron order. Luckily, the lady who ordered from me still loved the flavor. It tasted more like medicine bubblegum.

The only reason I'm giving this flavor 4 instead of 5 stars is because it doesn't really taste like actual cotton candy. However, it does taste great! It's got a somewhat mild, sweet, sugary taste. Maybe they should've just called it candy flavor... Of the three flavors I've purchased from this company, (cotton candy, white peach and mango), this is the least potent, although still pretty strong so use with caution! I've found with these flavors that the flavor isn't immediate when added to something, especially a warm substance. It intensifies, sometimes quite a lot, as the substance cools, (homemade lip balm, in my case). I plan on purchasing other flavors from this company because the flavors are pure, or natural tasting. There's no funky chemical taste or scent. I highly recommend this product!!

I don’t believe there is sugar in this. If so a very small amount. Not sweet at all. More for flavoring.

I ordered this after seeing a recipe for cotton candy flavored rice krispie treats. I used just about 1 tsp of this product with 3 Tbsp of butter and a 10oz bag of mini marshmallows. Also added a few drops of red food color since the pink color in the flavoring wasn't strong enough on its own for marshmallow. It blended beautifully into the melted marshmallow, and added just a hint of that classic cotton candy flavoring, which is kind of a mix of artificial strawberry and bubble gum taste. I think I would use a little more next time to really make the flavor obvious in this recipe. Just for kicks, I put a few drops on some ice and poured Coke Zero over the top. Not bad! Probably would work better with a clear soda or even just plain carbonated water.

The list goes on and on when it comes to items I have added these flavors to that made me obsessed! Milkshakes, smoothies, milk, Italian sodas , coffee creamer, ice cream, etc. I haven’t been able to go a day without adding it to something I eat or drink! The brand is well made and packaged and larger bottle than I had thought would arrive! It’s hard to choose just one flavor this company has many many to choose from. Good luck!! It’s amazing a game changer for sure! Also with no sugar in it, u can manage the sugar content of whatever u add it to that’s the best part!
