Well made and effective
Well made and seems robust. Fits well over the shoulder/arm, is flexible and easy to adjust. The ice pack insert remains flexible straight out of the freezer and is easy to fit in the pouch. I use it for about an hour and is effective for that period of time. Indispensable for relieving the pain from my Calcific Tendinitis.

Flexible, comfortable and it works!
Pretty flexible shoulder pouch for muscle rehab. You get a large gel pad that kind of moulds to the contour of your should, sat in a pocket on the pad. The gel's ice cold in around 30 minutes, so not too long to wait (I didn't want to keep it in the freezer). A bit of a faff to put on, but you get used to it quickly. Easy to adjust the chest strap, to keep it all in place. It's comfortable to wear at rest, I've not been really active in it, so can't comment on if it stays in place when moving. I'm using it for cold therapy, so haven't tried heating the pad. Looking at the design though, It should work just as well. The only gripe for me is holding the top part around the curve of the shoulder toward the neck. Maybe the large size would have worked? Overall I'm satisfied with outcome - no ibuprofen needed on the days when I use it!

Very good product.
Brilliant shoulder strap. Keep the heat around the shoulder and reduces movement.

well made but has faults. Gel pad split after 7 months
Quite effective and the gel pack stays cold for 1 - 1.5 hrs. It is quite difficult to put on by yourself and the elastic around your body slips up letting the shoulder pack slide down your arm. It is ok to put on to watch tv or other static things. The strap is not clipped on but has a sliding buckle which slips letting the gel pad slip. The gel pad has lasted 7 months before splitting and a warranty period is not mentioned.

Uncomfortable strap if you have cleavage
So purchased this as have a rotator cuff injury and frozen shoulder. It’s quite simple that there’s an adjustable arm band with Velcro, pop your arm in and then the elastic strap goes over your head and horizontally across your body. Once I’ve adjusted the straps tight enough that it feels like it’s giving my shoulder support, there’s an issue with the elastic band across the body. If it goes across the chest like in the picture, then unless you are flat chested its going to push against your lady bumps distorting them. It’s more comfortable when wearing at home to put it under your bust as the top part digs into my collar bone otherwise as too big and bulky I feel. However, the elastic strap under the bust then still distorts the shape of your boob. If I loosen the strap so that it’s not flattening my boob then it’s not actually giving any support to my shoulder. Ok for home use but not when out as will make me self conscious! A v shape strap that accommodates around a woman’s bust whilst still giving the shoulder support would be better in my opinion. Random note but worth mentioning it stinks, weird plastic chemical smell. Haven’t even got to use the heat/ice pack yet as still working out if it’s worth the discomfort.

Now that I've got your attention I'll share my review ;). Ok it's a one piece wrap of sturdy foamy stretchy stuff. Yes I like to keep it scientific with the terminology. It also has a strap you attach like a handbag or manbag. It does not provide instructions for this but if you need that you really shouldn't be trusted opening boxes, so.. The good: Arrived fast. Packaged very well in plastic in perfectly sized box. Nice enough to gift even. Pleasant little note inside to thank you. Good quality material. Stretchy and resilent. Adjustable velcro closing for tiny to large bodies. Large enough brace for my 6 ft 2 bohemouth son but also fits me. Ice pack is big enough to cover entire shoulder and has a pouch to hold it in place. It also has a bag to keep it from getting food odors in the freezer. Both the arm hole and the body belt are adjustable with velcro that isn't itchy or rough. Does not stick to clothing either. The bad: It requires you know how to put a strap through a plastic strap thingy and how to operate velcro. The ice bag is heavy because it's big. I like this but you can decide for yourself if it's bad. If you have xx huge arms it may not fit. I didn't get it months ago. And lastly, position it properly for relief. This is essential. Ladies, you think it should go under the breast because why would anyone want a strap on the breast. But no. This was designed, like 90% of the unisex products on the market, for men. You will need it over the breast to brace the shoulder properly. Otherwise it sits too low.. You need to wear loose clothing over it. Summary: I think it's a good product for the price.

I put it on for the first time yesterday, which was 12 days post Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff surgery and my 3 holes in shoulder still have stitches but did not bother me. This product is actually amazing and for me personally i could have someone help me put it on while i was still wearing my sling. Not only is it a MILLION times easier on yourself if your up and about it will not move and in my case it actually supports and keeps the shoulder tight and where it’s supposed to be with my sling. If your thinking about getting one because your active and tired of holding it or falling off, or so you can keep up on Doctors orders effortlessly give it try. Just wait at least until your skin where stitches are is dry and only healing from inside so you don’t cause yourself discomfort. Very good quality made and affordable asset to my Arthroscopic Rotator cuff surgery recovery process. It’s nice and thin and you can adjust how much compression is applied with velcro strap's and zero skin irritation.
