Amazing with a caveat
This product is amazing. The results are visible within 2 weeks of daily use. Have been seeing increased strength and muscle volume. One catch is it causes constipation for me which is a very specific side effect not seen with most people. My daily water intake is also sufficient and that is not the reason if you are wondering.Rest the product is very good and I can't recommend it enough.

Good boost during intense workout
I am combatant and using ON creatine 15-20 mins before your workout have been good for push during intense workout.Though it's tasteless but not bad at all.Used other flavoured creatine but it seems they have a lot of preservatives.It's good value for money
