Great Idea...poor execution
I bought this and really like the concept. Both storage sections are a good size for containing a healthy amount of cereal, fruit, and milk. The built in spoon is very sturdy, unlike some others. The problem is the execution of the concept, particularly the ice ring. Most liquids expand when they are frozen, as is the case with this ring. When that happens either one of two things happen; the hole narrows too much and you cannot put the small milk container in it (not as often), or it pushes the sides of the lower "fruit" container out just enough that you cannot screw it and the top "cereal" container together (which of course defeats the purpose of this whole thing). I have tried talking to Fit & Fresh about this and at best they offer to send me another cooling ring (which does the same thing, those nasty laws of physics). Really all they need to do is make the overall diameter of the ring smaller and the diameter of the hole bigger. I am not an engineer, but I am sure it would not be that difficult to refine the design.

Works well, doesn't leak if you follow instructions
I'm glad I finally found something that doesn't leak. If you look at the packaging, it tells you how to use the bowl. If you're taking cereal to go, you must put the milk in the smaller clear container with a green lid, which goes inside the large bottom bowl with the ice pack. The cereal goes inside the green portion. When you're ready, pour the cereal and milk into the large clear bottom bowl. If you put the milk into the large clear bottom bowl, it will spill. The smaller clear container will fit more than half a cup of milk, close to one cup if you fill it to the brim. The cereal portion will hold 1.5 cups even though it looks very slim. I do wish the device held more milk but that's just how I like to eat my cereal.

Leaks.. no matter what I do
awesome idea.. but the seals don't seal.. they leak. so anything wet, like milk, leak out.. berries.. juicy stains.. I bought 3 but returning 2 that are unopened. I'm really sorry these aren't working. If you have nothing that leaks then its probably great. anything wet, forget. The milk went EVERYWHERE and I had it closed very nicely before I set it in the cold ring. Obviously, the difference between COLD ring and room temp plastic shrunk it of course and it LEAKS... so .. pudding, maybe.. milk NO WAY and that's why I got it.if it were a better quality plastic then maybe. something a little more flexible and not so brittle. That would be a new design of course. Or a gasket.. but the tiny cup in the middle does NOT seal, tight or at all for that matter. When it got colder from the cold ring, it shrunk..

Kinda clunky
Well, it serves its purpose, does what it says, but the dish is a lot larger than necessary, and kind of clunky. The ice ring that fits in the bottom compartment is rather large and takes up a lot of space. The entire dish as a whole doesn't fit well in the average lunch box. It would be nice if the different components could be used separately.

My daily morning companion
I have used this product, every workday morning for about four years. I enjoy a bowl of cereal, with cold milk, as my mid-morning snack (shredded wheat, not Sugar Snacks!) This keeps my milk nice and cold, and it's a convenient way to have everything I need. I only wish that the blue ice insert could just be replaced. Mine finally developed a crack and leak, and I had to buy an entirely new unit.

Not a good design
I planned to use this for yogurt parfaits, however, the compartment for milk/yogurt doesn't have a lid other than the next section of the bowl. When I got to work there was yogurt all over the chiller pack, the bottom of the next section of the bowl and all over the small inner bowl. Not a very good design.

Love this, if you want to take cereal to work buy this one.
There is nothing else like this on the market, It is a well integrated portable cereal bowl. The cereal, milk are stored seperately, the bow is a decent size, it has a good size removable ice pack and an integrated spoon in the lid. Its well constructed so it should last.
