I think the power and sharpness of the blades are good. I found the handle too large for my hands (I am a 5'3" woman) and I did not like the placement of the power button. This is a replacement for an electric knife I have had for more than 40 years. That knife was too dull to complete a major task over the weekend. So, I found this new knife available for delivery the next day.The power button required me to hold down my thumb as I sliced, whereas the old knife was powered by a trigger button. I had to trim my fingernail on my thumb to get through my big job with bearable discomfort. I will keep this device, but would not purchase again.

I haven't had an electric knife in 35 years I picked this cheap one up it cuts through a brisket like a butter knife cutting through hot butter very impressed with the quality came with two sets of blades Hefty handle easy to use very happy with this product

A bit small. Bought it for a family member for carving thanksgiving meat. So far has held up for them. runs well and cuts the meat just fine. Fits in your hand nicely.
