Part missing

Waiting on part that wasn’t even on the parts list. The slats work their way out and end up on the The slats are installed correctly. I was looking forward to the loveseat to aid in my healing from knee surgery. I would have returned it bit would have to take apart and pay shipping again. I’m basically stuck with it. I would appreciate some kind of compensation. Maybe my shipping charges refunded from the troubles I have encountered. I think I have been more than patient thru this ordeal.. Not safe. Running out of time for return.
