We’ve been sleeping on this now for about 2 months. I’ll try to come back and review in another year or so, since my experience is that is when they start to break down if they’re going to. After our last experience of a certain Nova, I vowed I would never again buy a memory foam only mattress. We need inner springs. Neither of us are large people but we do lounge around in bed a lot, probably more than most. So far, I’m really pleased. I wake up without weird lower back pain like I was getting from the memory foam. It is nice and firm - my heaviest part doesnt sit far lower than the rest of my body. There was also SO much less odor than the memory foam mattresses. I’m rather scent sensitive and slept on it the same night we unpackaged it. No setup required, just drag and flop!

I have now purchased two of these mattresses because that's how much I love it's quality. First I bought one for my daughter and was really impressed with how great it felt. Then I bought one for myself and I could not be happier, truly. I purchased the plush and it feels like a hug from Heaven every time I sleep. I'm a heavier person and it supports me beautifully. There is no sagging or denting and I'm able to sink in a little bit and feel all the plushness all around me and it's just absolutely heaven. I cannot recommend this mattress enough. If you're on the fence, do it! The first night is wonderful but it might feel just a little bit firm but just give it a couple of days. It settles and you sink in and it becomes the best mattress you've ever slept in. Best find ever and I hope they never stop making this mattress!!!

I spent countless hours researching mattresses to try to choose the right one for my needs. I’m chronically ill, so I spend a lot more time in bed than the average person. And it’s crucial for me to have a bed that’s comfortable. I chose this one for two primary reasons. I need a very soft bed that I can sink into, otherwise it hurts. This was advertised as plush, and the image showing a person lying on their side on the bed shows them sinking into it quite a bit. It also describes being very soft and being able to sink into it. The other reason I chose this one is because it has three different forms of cooling technology. I run very hot when I sleep, and I cannot have a mattress that retains heat or I just can’t sleep. Unfortunately, all of that was a lie. The mattress is extremely firm. Yes, it has a pillow top. But once you sink into that 1st inch or two, it’s hard as a rock. I might as well have a thin mattress topper on top of a slab of wood. It’s absolutely miserable for someone who needs a soft bed. All of this so-called cooling technology? Nope. I’ve slept on memory foam beds that do retain some heat and aren’t terribly comfortable for me, but this one was the absolute worst I’ve ever slept on in my life. it has zero cooling properties, although it does feel quite cool when you first get into it. But the whole idea of the cooling technology is to cool you off while you sleep, not to be cold when you first get in and then turn to broil. In the worst part? With a different mattress, you could at least move to a cooler spot on the bed, but with this one, the entire bed heats up! As if all of that isn’t bad enough, getting this thing delivered was an absolute nightmare. The day that they were supposed to come, they just never showed up and I wasn’t able to reach anyone because their office was closed during my delivery window! When I finally got in touch with somebody the next day, they told me that that delivery window doesn’t even exist. I had already lined up help to be able to get everything changed out and re-situated, plus set aside, specific time for the delivery window that I scheduled. I called the next day, they just informed me that they were going to come the following Monday anytime throughout the day . And where to even willing to give me a choice in selecting a delivery window on a day that works for me. Thankfully, the district manager of the third-party delivery company ended up working with me, although he said that they’ve been trying to get Amazon to remove the incorrect delivery window for a long time. I’m not sure who was at fault, but if that delivery window was an issue, then the third-party company should not have sent me an email confirming it! I received confirmation both from Amazon and from the third-party company. But I did finally get it delivered. It just took a huge amount of time and hassle. I wish I could give negative stars. This entire experience has been a nightmare and I greatly regret buying this. I’m glad that they have a good refund policy, but they don’t come and pick it up for you, so I’m going to need to find help once again to get it out of the frame and figure out how to get it out of my house when I can get a new bed to replace it. And I may end up having to hire somebody to do that because I don’t have a lot of local friends and most of them are very strong either. This thing weighs 125 pounds and takes a bit of muscle to move. I also don’t have a truck to haul it away, so I’m hopeful that I can find somebody local who needs a bed and has the ability to transport it to come get it.

This mattress is very comfortable but it absolutely does not have any cooling properties whatsoever! I didn't need it for any health reasons but I sure was looking forward to keeping cool while I sleep. It also jiggles at the slightest movement. My other mattress was very still when the other person got in and out of bed. Well, at least it's comfortable. Serta should be fined for false advertising. 😒

Local store didn't have this model, the medium they offered didn't have the pillow top part, so was very happy to find that Amazon had it and at a great price point too. It's winter, so the cooling features actually were more noticeable to me enough that we bought a warmer comforter to use with this mattress. Apparently our old one was holding a lot more heat in! I'm hoping it adds comfort in the summer months as well.

First, great quality and comfy mattress. Replaced our old one that was 15 years old. I'm a side and stomach sleeper. My wife is a side and back sleeper. We're getting better sleep for sure. My only complaint is the sides/edge support breaksdown very quickly and easily. I'm no skinny mini I'll admit, but after a couple weeks i go to sit down on it and I'm already feeling the pushback from the side frame of our bed. We have a slat base bed set, no box spring. Figured for the price the sturdy construction in the middle of the mattresa would've extended to the sides/edges. I was wrong. I'd recommend to someone, but make them aware of where the quality stopped.

Very nice mattress. Everything you expect from Serta! Very good value for the money!
