I bought this gear because at 33 I decided I wanted to learn how to roller skate and a friend cautioned me to get some protective gear for my ancient self. Well I am so glad I did! I picked this set purely because the holographic aesthetic matched my roller skates and I knew the only way I would actually wear the protective gear is if it was cute. Well I have been pleasantly surprised, this gear is great! I am about 5'2" 185lbs and a thick girl, usually wear anywhere from XL-2X depending on the brand, and I was pleased with the stretchiness and comfort of the knee pads and elbow pads especially, I was expecting that they might not fit and instead they fit really well and I'd say could still fit someone a size or two larger than me. Lastly, they do a great job of protecting! I have fallen forward many times now and each time the wrist and knee guards have been phenomenal. No scrapes and bruises, perpetually soft landings and my busted knees are protected. AND IT'S HOLOGRAPHIC so if you're young at heart like me and love shiny sparkly things you will love these like I do. Now if only they made a butt guard in this same style so I could protect my tailbone 😭

I bought these to take rollerskating. I’d prefer not to have to wear them but I’m too concerned I could break an elbow or wrist. I looked for some thing comfortable, and as fashionable as these things can be, and this product has worked well for those two reasons. I like that the elbow and knee pads are not too bulky, but still hard enough to prevent injury.

Our granddaughter just loves them. Perfect fit for her. Protected her knees, etc.Goid quality.

Really getting tired of these companies listing pads as adult sizing when the product isn't actually adult sized. While these are super cute they barely fit. The elbow and knee pads are very very tight, not comfortable at all. At least these wrist guards actually fit. I'm 5'8 190lbs if that is helpful for anyone getting these. I'd return them but I'm tired of being let down. Hopefully they will stretch out a bit. They do seem decently sturdy.

These work great and look great. I love having pads that aren't the usual black. I'm an adult, 5'5 and usually wear a size Small in clothes and these fit me great. Expandable quite a bit with the velcro.

The look of these pads is adorable and as pictured. Unfortunately, the quality is less than satisfactory. I mostly wanted the set for the wrist guards, since I suffered a nasty wrist fracture last summer while roller skating. It was extremely easy to bend the guard nearly in half, and it would do almost nothing to stabilize my wrists in the event of an impact. I will be returning.
