I received 2 conditioners instead of 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. Other than that, conditioner is great!

As I said my hair has reduced significantly falling out and getting thicker

So at first I HATED this shampoo. I'm pretty sure I know why though, I think all the oil had potentially sunk to the bottom meaning when I washed my hair it just felt like there was SO much product left and almost like I needed to wash it again with another shampoo. So first of all really shake it! I started to like ti more the further through the bottle I got and I think thats why. I didn't notice any significant change in my hair but this also could of been due to the product not being the correct consistency! So if it were there would I use it? Yes. Would I go out my way to purchase it again? No I don't think I would!

Works so quickly with lasting results. Have bleached hair and this - aside from olaplex- has been the best thing I have found to restore health. Feels thicker and stronger. Worth the purchase. Only downside is hair gets greasy quicker - only by like a day or two.

Not sure what's in this, but I'm horrifically allergic to something. I get VERY itchy scalp followed by cradle cap like scabs on my head. Be careful if you have sensitive skin 😔

The shampoo does not lather well, a lot of shampoo is needed to form a good lather. Bit disappointed.The conditioner is good.
