Research shows we absorb tablets (percentage wise) the least...with a sliding scale based on our age. It does smell a little yeasty but when you actually take it,,,you get just a very pleasant orange flavour. I had and continue to reap the benefits of liquid Vitamin C. I ALREADY TAKE ANY HERBS I NEED in liquid form, in a glycerine base (absorbed much better than alcohol based) and my health picture has improved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND * * * * *

These drops are easy to use measured drops under the tongue for 30seconds. The smell is a little off putting and taste is acquired but the health benefits make it palatable. The size is good as you only need a small amount. The ingredients and amounts show its quality

Good value for money. It helped with my lack of energy , it was quite effective.

The taste was not very nice and quite sickly

I got the liquid form of B complex as it was easier absorbed and most reviews said the taste was fine. My findings are that the taste was pleasantly appealing and the liquid is easily taken and appears to be working as advertised I.e. more energy. Is maybe a bit on the expensive side but is worth it and perhaps as others have suggested, through trial and error the dose can be lowered.

They seem to be doing their job and I like the liquid form. The taste won't be to everybody's liking but they're vitamins in liquid form and you can't expect them to taste like a chocolate milkshake! Saves large capsules getting stuck in the throat...yes NEWS FLASH, I've come across people who have trouble swallowing capsules, or food items...it's called dysphagia...look it up! This is a good way of having all the B vitamin complex, plus it is liposomal, so better absorbed by the body.

Pues a mí me encanta , además la vitamina 12 es muy difícil encontrarla en metilcobalamina , casi todas vienen en cianocolamina, que viene del cianuro que es veneno , y las demás bien excepto la B6 que no está en su forma activa ,eso lo podéis cambiar, gracias
