Hooked my pc surround speakers up to my tv/dvd combo unit. It works really well.

All my 5 Dolby 5.1 speakers now have sound when I use this small and simple device to convert my laptop stereo audio output to feed them. Only 2 or 3 speakers could play without it. So, it worked great for me.
