Works!
Tried to build a mouse jiggler/rubber ducky inside a mouse. Unfortunately the mouse and the attiny85 draw to much power at the same time, and this HUB resets the ports because of that. This is normal behavior and ist expected for a bus powered hub. Therefore it conforms to the USB 2.0 spec. Perfect! Will try again with a Pico or an Atmega32u4.
